3 oz. dark Jamaican rum 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 1 tsp. honey Crushed ice 1 tbls. Water Grating of nutmeg
Mix the rum, lime juice, and honey well with swizzle stick and pour into a 6 oz. glass that has been filled with crushed ice. Add the water and top with a grating of nutmeg. Serve at once.
